This interesting recipe that I found in ‘the happy in the kitchen’ by michael Richard is an amazing recipe full of flavor and is also very healthy
4 Tbsp butter
1 1/4 diced parsnips
1 cup cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup parmesan
The preparation is very simple all you need to do is:
to preheat the oven 300˚f
In a frying pan, sauteé 1/3 of the spinach and little by little add the rest. let cool and drain.
In a “bain marie” boil the parsnips for 6-8 min. Now blend the parsnips, cream and spinach in a food processor for 1 min.
Then add eggs, gelatin and condiments, blend for 2 more minutes.
Now pour the mixture in a tray and bake for 30-35 min.
